What do I need to send?
Send 1–3 clear product or reference images and a short description of the result you want. JPG, PNG and WebP are supported, up to 20 MB per file.
What if I do not have a concept?
That is fine. Send the product and tell us the general direction, audience or feeling you want. We can shape the concept around the product.
What happens in the first 12 hours?
We review the product, references and brief, check what is technically realistic, shape the concept and shot plan, confirm the next steps and start production.
How long is the finished video?
The $66 launch offer includes one finished video up to 12 seconds.
What format do I receive?
9:16 vertical is the default because it is ready for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. If you need another format, write it in the brief and we will confirm it during review.
Can you work from only one product photo?
Yes, for many concepts. More clean angles usually improve product consistency, especially for shoes, packaging, accessories and products with important details.
How accurate will my product be?
We use your references to preserve the product as closely as possible, but generative video can introduce small visual differences. Clear multi-angle images and close-ups of logos, text and packaging improve accuracy.
Are revisions included?
The $66 launch offer does not include creative revisions. If something is technically wrong compared with the brief you submitted, we correct it. A new creative direction or new concept is a new project.
Can I send visual references?
Yes. References are useful for mood, camera language, lighting, pacing and direction. We use them as creative guidance rather than copying another campaign frame-for-frame.
Where can I use the final video?
The deliverable is prepared for social media and digital campaign use, including organic posts, Reels, Shorts and paid social placements.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no dashboard, subscription or credit system. Send the brief, product references and your email, and we handle the project directly.
Can I send more than one product?
The $66 offer is for one product and one concept. If you want another product or a different concept, send it as a separate project.
What happens after I send the brief?
You receive a project number. We review the request and contact you by email with the next step and confirmed production details.
What happens to my uploaded files?
Uploaded source images are stored privately for production. Our current system schedules submitted source assets for deletion after 30 days.
